When “Mad Money” host Jim Cramer quizzed SAP co-CEO Bill McDermott about SAP’s stock price, Cramer got more than he bargained for as McDermott cranked the discussion up to a much higher level and explained that software has permanently displaced hardware as the driving force of innovation, growth, and value.
