Darron Basham has more than two decades of multi-industry experience, with the past 17 years designing, implementing, supporting, upgrading, and selling SAP software solutions and services. He has performed these functions for large international corporations, as well as small to mid-sized businesses, both public and privately held. Mr. Basham is a proven leader, with a consistent history of successful project delivery and business development, interacting with domestic and global C-Level executives and business leaders.
Prior to entering the consulting arena, Mr. Basham spent a decade in manufacturing and operations management in the semiconductor industry. While consulting he has worked within many other industries, such as: automotive assembly, manufacturing, and supply; medical equipment and pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution; consumer products; financial services; electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, and computer assembly; chemical manufacturing and distribution; precision injection molding; tool & die manufacturing; construction services and home building; nuclear and industrial engineering services; and retail store operations.
Mr. Basham has served as program director/project manager on numerous successful SAP assessment, selection, upgrade, implementation (local and global in nature), technical conversion, support, and deployment projects. He is certified in the Accelerated SAP Methodology (ASAP), and the SAP Synchronized Customer Engagement Lifecycle (SynchCEL) process. His SAP experience includes: Practice Management; Business Development; Program Management; Project Management; Project Risk Management; Project Planning/Estimating; Recruiting/Staffing; Change Management; Integration Test Management; Training Management; Team Leadership; Technical Development Management; Cutover Planning and Execution; and Post-Implementation Support. Additionally, he has lead internal initiatives for methods and tools development, recruiting and project staffing, and intellectual capital management.
