Outlook 2007 Quick Parts | Outlook Building Blocks

Do you have boilerplate or repetitive text that you use often in e-mail messages, but find yourself spending precious time searching for examples so you can cut and paste them into your messages? If so, here's a quick way to save these frequently used text snippets (named Quick Parts in MS-Outlook 2007 and later) and insert them into Outlook e-mail messages as simply as adding your signature.
